Job Description
As an Outside Sales Representative for Matt & Nat Bakery, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, and promoting our wholesale bakery products to sectors such as healthcare, education, senior living, hotels, cafes and corporate campuses. This is a dynamic and rewarding position that requires self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the bakery industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the foodservice sector
- Establish and maintain relationships with executive chefs and buyers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct in-person meetings, product tastings, and presentations to potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer contacts in ERP software
- Stay updated on industry trends and market needs to offer relevant solutions
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure product availability and timely deliveries to customers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the bakery industry or 5+ years of experience as a chef within the hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge about Hospitality groups such as: Compass Group, Sodexo and Aramark
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customers concerns professionally
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass and pre-employment screening and background check
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Job Description
As a Donut Baker at Matt & Nat Bakery, you will be responsible for preparing, baking and decorating a variety of donuts. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our donuts meet the highest standards of quality and taste. This role requires attention to detail, creativity and a passion for baking.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of donuts, including yeast-raised, cake and specialty varieties
- Decorate donuts with glazes, icings, sprinkles and other toppings
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in taste and appearance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Food Safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a baker, preferably with a focus on donuts
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well with others and be a team player
- Ability to Work afternoon shifts. 2 pm – 10 pm
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good Communication Skills
- Must be able to lift, move, carry up to 70lbs.
- Must have legal working status in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening

Job Description
As a Mixer Operator at Matt & Nat Bakery, you will be responsible for picking, scaling and mixing raw ingredients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that mixes follow our recipes and meet the highest standards or quality and taste. This role requires attention to detail, creativity and a passion for baking.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick Ingredients from warehouse based on recipes
- Scale and mix ingredients
- Combine measured ingredients into mixers
- Follow recipes and mixing instructions
- Fill out batch sheets and lot codes used
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Comply with all GMP requirements
- Assist with changeovers, machine setup and cleaning
- Ability to work independently
- Notify managers of any issues
- Must adhere/comply with all Company policies, producers and practices
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mixer/scaler
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Strong math and reading skills
- Ability to work well with others and be a team player
- Ability to work full time 7am – 4pm
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 70lbs
- Must have legal working status in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
