Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all wholesale customer orders from Matt and Nat Bakery Group, L.P d.b.a. Rossmoor Pastries, regardless of signed contract or not.

Setting up account and placing orders

Customer may contact us to set up an account and terms with us via phone, email, and fax. Terms will be set based on credit approval.

When terms are approved, orders may be placed via phone, email, fax, and/or via our myonlinebakery.com website. Orders placed via phone, please contact our main line (562) 498-2253 ext. 4, orders placed via fax, please send to (562) 497-7474, orders placed via email, please send orders to orders@rossmoorpastries.com, orders place via myonlinebakery.com website, please contact our customer service department to set up your online account. Once online account is set, you may order online.

Once orders are placed, if there are any emergencies off office hours with your delivery, please contact our emergency line at (562) 498-2253 ext. 602 and for cake orders, please contact our emergency line at (562) 498-2253 ext. 601.

Any wholesale customer with not an approved credit term, may purchase items via COD. Cash, check, ACH, bank wire, or credit card payments are accepted. All payments must be paid in full by delivery date.

Customer Terms

By setting an account and placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any queries about these terms, please email us at orders@rossmoorpastries.com .

A Contract between the customer and Matt and Nat Bakery Group, LP for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been delivered. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Orders are currently dispatched Sunday through Friday evenings.

Orders must be received by 2 pm the day prior to delivering, in order to leave time for freshly baking your items. Some items may require a longer turn around. Please discuss with our customer department team member, which items may require a longer turn around delivery. All our perishable products are sent to you fresh and securely packed to arrive the following day.

Your order will arrive anytime between 3:00 am and 7:00 am on your delivery day.

Delivery is not guaranteed at any particular time during the delivery time frame.

Delivery details need to be discussed when placing your order to ensure our drivers are able to deliver within the set time frame. Specify “Signature Optional” if you may be out when your package arrives and leave details of where it should be left. Our drivers do take pictures of all deliveries to ensure timely and questions of delivery.

Please let us know as soon as possible if your order has not arrived within the time frame.

Please note we do not deliver on Sundays and/or on the set US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

A delivery charge of $12.50 is charged for any orders placed under $60. If you require a daytime delivery and/or a Sunday delivery, please contact our order management team. Additional delivery fees may be required depending on the special request.

Cancellation

Due to the perishable nature of our products Matt and Nat Bakery Group, L.P will accept cancelled orders with a 24hr notification prior to the bakery 2 PM cut off order time. Cancellation will not be allowed if your order is placed less than 24hrs prior to delivery date,

If you would like to discuss a cancellation please contact us at (562) 498-2253 ext. 4 or at orders@rossmoorpastries.com quoting your name, order reference number, and the date of your order. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.

Returns/Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your Matt and Nat Bakery Group, LP products, please contact our order management team to discuss your order concerns. Returns and refunds must receive prior approval from Matt and Nat Bakery Group management. Any returns and refund will be arranged within seven working days of the matter being settled.

For any damages to the products, please contact our order management immediately. We require pictures of the damaged products and any documentation received with the product. All credits/refunds for damaged goods, require Matt and Nat Bakery Group, LP management approval.

The client assumes ALL liability and responsibility for the condition of the products once it leaves our possession. Delivery is non-refundable.

Payments

We accept check, cash, ACH, wire and credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All transactions are shown in US dollars.

Customs Cakes Policy

The client agrees to colors, designs, sizes, servings and flavors upon placement of the order. Upon pickup or delivery of the order, the product is accepted “as is” and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise approved by management.

Due to the perishable nature of our products Matt and Nat Bakery Group, L.P will accept cancellation of custom cake orders with a 48hr notification. Cancellation will not be allowed if your order is placed less than 24hrs prior to delivery date.

For any tiered cakes, any order change, such as of colors, sizes, designs, servings or flavors, a (2) two weeks notification is required.

Delivery charges are based on delivery distance and/or time. For wholesale (1) one tier cake, cakes are delivered on our regular nightly delivery schedules. If a cake needs to be delivered outside that regular nightly delivery window, an additional delivery charged will be assessed based on distance and time of delivery. For up to (4) tiers cake, we charge a delivery fee of $45 and for (5) five and above due to additional staffing requirements, we charge $80. Our delivery charge includes cake set up.

We endeavour to deliver our custom cakes within a (1) one-hour window of the target time to account for traffic and other events outside of our control.

We reserve the right to use creative judgment or make adjustments where we feel necessary in order to maintain the quality and workmanship of our designs but also preserve the interpretation of your design to the best of our abilities. While we make every attempt to provide exactly the flavors, fillings, decoration, sizes, shapes, and colors you have requested, the creation of a specialty cake is an art and may be subject to slight variations. To the extent one of the cake variables is incorrect, our liability is limited to a potential refund that is not greater than the proportional value of the component option represented in the price.

You are responsible for providing a secure sturdy level table or cake stand at the delivery location. We recommend a room temperature of 75 degrees or below. We are not responsible for cakes placed outdoors and subject to the elements.

Additional Important Information We Want to Share

All goods will be photographed and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion, without compensation to you, to take and use our own photos of your cake(s) for all marketing social media and promotional purposes.

Our products may contain or come in contact with dairy or dairy products, wheat, nuts, soy, tree nuts, eggs, gluten/wheat flour on shared equipment and other allergens. While we take great care cleaning, we do use shared equipment and cannot guarantee against cross-contact. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless due to any allergic reactions.

This disclaimer for orders placed through email or over the phone serves as acceptance of the terms and conditions in lieu of signing an agreement before placing an order. Once the said order is processed, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth on this page.

The client assumes ALL liability and responsibility for the condition of the product once it leaves our possession. Deliveries are non-refundable.

Our responsibility and performance are contingent upon the ability of Matt and Nat Bakery Group, L.P d.b.a. Rossmoor Pastries to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, natural disasters, inclement weather, and other causes beyond our control.

Our mission is to provide you with the best product and cake design possible. Please keep in mind that we are creating custom baked goods. It is very important to ask as many questions necessary to ensure that what is agreed upon is understood. No question or concern is trivial to us. Cakes are handmade works of art. We will do our best to provide you with the design you have envisioned and requested to the best of our ability.
